✓Own and deliver monthly management reporting for FCM India across Corporate and M&E business lines, including P&L analysis, variance commentary, and performance insights.

✓Prepare and manage Mid-Month Estimates (MME), Day 1, Week 1, and Week 4 forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

✓Partner closely with the India MD/GM, Finance Director, Sales, Operations, and Account Management teams to provide commercial insights that support business growth and profitability.

✓Analyse revenue, margin, conversion, and cost trends, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.

✓Support annual budgeting, re-forecasting cycles, and rolling forecasts by consolidating business inputs and maintaining robust financial models.

✓Review new sales pipeline activity, client wins and losses, and provide forward-looking revenue visibility through scenario modelling and forecasting.

✓Monitor and optimise the India cost base, identifying efficiencies and driving cost-conscious decision making across the business.

✓Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to support reporting, consolidation, and ad-hoc business requests.

✓Drive automation and process improvement initiatives through advanced Excel, Power BI, AI tools, and data-driven reporting solutions.

✓Act as a trusted finance business partner, translating complex financial data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.

A CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional finance qualification.
4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, or related finance roles.
Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
Advanced Excel skills, including complex modelling, dashboard creation, and structured financial analysis.
Exposure to financial reporting tools such as SunSystems, Power BI, or similar platforms.
The ability to communicate financial insights effectively to senior business leaders and non-finance stakeholders.
Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, or Commercial teams to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities from large data sets.
A proactive mindset with a track record of meeting deadlines, improving processes, and driving automation initiatives.
Experience working in a multi-entity, regional, or global finance environment.

Experience within the travel, hospitality, or other high-volume transactional industries.
Exposure to multi-currency reporting and global reporting calendars.
Experience using AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar solutions within finance functions.
Knowledge of pipeline analysis, revenue forecasting, and commercial performance management.
Familiarity with both global reporting requirements and Indian statutory reporting environments.
