Maintenance Mechanic

• →Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment to maximize uptime and reliability.
• →Diagnose mechanical issues by observing equipment operation and identifying the root cause of failures.
• →Dismantle, inspect, repair, and replace defective machinery components.
• →Measure and evaluate worn parts to determine repair or replacement requirements.
• →Adjust equipment and control systems using hand tools, levels, and precision measuring devices.
• →Fabricate, modify, and install replacement parts using machine shop equipment and metalworking tools.
• →Operate equipment such as lathes, drill presses, grinders, and related shop machinery.
• →Test, lubricate, and maintain equipment to verify safe and effective operation.
• →Order maintenance parts and supplies as needed to support repair activities.
• →Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills – required.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation – required.
• Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and machine shop equipment – required.
• Basic mathematical skills, including measurements, formulas, and geometric calculations – required.
• Ability to identify problems and apply practical solutions in a manufacturing environment – required.
• Basic computer skills for entering maintenance and timekeeping data – required.
• 2–4 years of industrial, building, or equipment maintenance experience – required.
• High school diploma or GED – required.
• This position requires access to export-controlled information. Applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
