At Teledyne Microwave Solutions, you will play an important role in supporting the production of advanced microwave and radio frequency technologies used across aerospace, defense, communications, space, and other high-performance industries. As a Material Handler, you will help ensure materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered accurately to support manufacturing operations and maintain the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

→Pull microchips and other sensitive materials for production kits using microscopes and precision tools.
→Supply materials to manufacturing teams and fulfill production requests.
→Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate material records.
→Receive, stock, package, and store raw materials and subassemblies.
→Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory activities.
→Replenish inventory and help resolve material shortages.
→Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
→Process raw material orders and maintain inventory availability.
→Support internal customers with timely and accurate material requests.
→Follow inventory control and material handling procedures to prevent product damage.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills - required
Ability to work accurately with fragile electronic components - required
Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency - required
Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system experience - required
Manufacturing experience (5+ years) - required
Stockroom, warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience (1+ year) - required
High school diploma or equivalent - required
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work occasional overtime and Saturdays - required
