Operations Project Manager

Provides leadership for the planning, scheduling, resourcing, tracking and maintaining schedule for cooled operations projects.

• →Effectively plans and manages multiple operations projects, of any size or complexity, for cooled operations, including engineering projects, equipment procurement, facilities and maintenance projects
• →Actively manages project milestones, budget performance, deliverables and quality, and reports project status using department process, tools and metrics
• →Maintains an active risk tracking and mitigation plan for all aspects of a project including schedule delays, technical issues, supplier problems. Proactively engages ops, engineering, facilities, maintenance teams and management to reduce and mitigate project risks and issues
• →Interacts with ops and engineering management to clearly define and control project requirements and changes to the established baseline
• →Coordinates with internal organization and company leadership to achieve objectives and product manufacturing goals.

• Project/program management experience, managing and leading highly skilled technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or applicable experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Drives deadlines in dynamic and fast moving environments
• Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills at all organizational levels
• Self-directed, has initiative and is a great multi-tasker
• Experience with Lean Development is desirable
• Proven commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products including; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Proficiency with Visio is a plus
