CNC Machine Operator (Night Shift)

Required immediately, our LOCAL BOISE BRANCH is seeking CNC OPERATOR (Night Shift)

• →Responsible for the safe operation of the CNC machine
• →Sets-up stock to be machined using laser guides for placement of product
• →Loads machines by lifting stock into position using mechanical lifters
• →Verifies settings by measuring positions; adhering to set standards
• →Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting; taking measurements detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes
• →Maintains workstation in a clean and orderly manner
• →Observes and adhere to all safety procedures while on the production floor
• →Other duties as assigned
