Flyer One Ventures — is a seed-stage venture capital firm which invests in European startups. We’ve already invested in 87 startups and deployed nearly $43M within six years.
We focus on software-first products that use the power of tech to boost productivity. We primarily invest at seed. Occasionally, we do pre-seed, focusing on second-time founders. Our average check is $500k, but we can go as low as $200k and as high as $2M with follow-ons. We are a fund of entrepreneurs who know how hard it is to build a company. Our team helps founders with growth, recruiting, PR, business development, and investment relations.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer, who will work closely with our portfolio companies to hire the best talents for their team.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →you'll be responsible for sourcing talents to our portfolio companies;
- →searching for non-tech and tech roles;
- →build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms;
- →leverage the CRM/talent pools to engage with passive talent and convert them into candidates;
- →prepare analytics for weekly status meetings with the hiring manager.
- you have 6 months of experience in sourcing;
- practical knowledge of active sourcing tools and techniques, experience finding candidates directly using a variety of different sources;
- understanding of different types of companies, and how they operate;
- experience in recruiting non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, etc) will be a plus;
- excellent communication skills in English - at least upper-intermediate.
