Install, service, and repair automatic doors, glass systems, and related hardware in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings. Provide reliable customer service while ensuring safe, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

→Install, troubleshoot, and repair automatic sliding, swinging, revolving, and specialty door systems
→Perform glazing work including storefronts, curtain walls, insulated units, tempered glass, and door lite replacements
→Respond to 24‑hour emergency service calls on a rotating schedule, providing safe and efficient on‑site solutions
→Conduct preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and system upgrades
→Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hardware issues with accuracy
→Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
→Maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and customer communication
→Uphold company standards for professionalism, safety, and workmanship

Requirements

Experience in construction, glazing, or door systems (preferred)
Knowledge of automatic doors and low-voltage systems is an asset
Ability to read basic drawings/blueprints
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable with physical work, heights, and outdoor conditions
