Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Victoria branch. This is a relationship-driven, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and wants to grow their career in a dynamic construction and service environment. This position is Monday-Friday, with flexibility required to support client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Actively generate new business
Conduct frequent client meetings, site visits, and presentations
Attend local networking and industry events
Identify client needs and recommend service solutions
Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service solutions
Follow up on quotes, tenders, and opportunities to close business
Collaborate with local and national teams to support key accounts
Manage a flexible schedule that supports ongoing relationship-building and business development

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Sales mindset with the drive to grow business and meet targets
Customer-focused with a high level of responsiveness
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
Ability to pass a criminal background check
