This role leads strategic HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including talent strategy, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management. It brings a consultative mindset to partner with senior leaders to influence decision making and align workforce planning and engagement with evolving business needs, ensuring consistency, compliance, and cultural impact.
