0905 Invigilator/Scibes/Readers - Fall 2026, Winter 2027, and Spring Summer 2027

In-Person (Saskatoon & Prince Albert) &/or REMOTE INVIGILATORS/SCRIBES/READERS FALL 2026; WINTER 2027; SPRINGSUMMER 2027   The First Nations University of Canada, is seeking on call qualified Invigilators/Scribes and Readers.   Duties and Qualifications: • Start, conduct and finish exams on time in accordance with the University’s Examination Procedures, and Student Code of Conduct. • Preferred candidates will be enrolled in a grad studies program. • Superior communication skills (written and verbal); • Excellent Organizational Skills. • Be a self-motivator who can work to achieve results while ensuring attention to detail. • Knowledge of Zoom breakout rooms • Preferred candidates will have a related background. Responsibilities: • Ensure that all students submit all required exam materials. • Invigilate quizzes, exams such as mid-terms and final exams. • Respond and provide direction to student through Zoom, emails or telephone (if necessary) relating to assignments and class discussions. • Monitor student conduct during the exam and act upon suspicion of cheating, breaking exam rules or the Student Code of Conduct.
