JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible to plan and oversee meeting space setups, furniture moving, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure all facilities are guest-ready. This role leads service technicians to complete work efficiently, safely, and with excellent customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations & Facility Readiness
- Oversee meeting space setups, breakdowns, and changeovers
- Coordinate furniture moving, room resets, and seasonal transitions
- Maintain cleanliness standards, including carpet care and general upkeep
Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance across cabins and facilities
- Maintain and repair vacuums, small equipment, and furniture
- Troubleshoot issues and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Perform pest control duties as assigned
Leadership & Team Coordination
- Lead and support service technicians in daily operations
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor work to ensure timely completion
- Provide training, guidance, and quality checks
- Support high-demand or urgent operational needs
Communication, Safety & Support
- Report repairs and facility needs through CMMS or proper channels
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
- Ensure safe work practices and proper equipment use
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport team members, tools, and materials across camp
- Model and enforce safe driving practices at all times
- Maintain organized workspaces, tools, and inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff
- Support staff spiritual life activities and perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in pest control desirable.
- 2+ years of maintenance, service technician, or related experience required
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred

Requires visual acuity to read words and numbers and speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person or over the phone.
