→Design, develop, and implement scalable technology solutions, actively contributing to coding, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
→Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical priorities, delivery roadmaps, and release timelines.
→Support Agile delivery by managing sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ensuring user stories are ready for development.
→Maintain engineering best practices by enforcing code quality standards, driving innovation, and improving development processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in backend development (Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar) with prior technical leadership experience.
