Are you ready to make some history?!
Foleon is a leading content creation platform providing business teams with a fast and scalable way to produce highly-engaging content experiences that bring a new level of intelligence to their customer journeys.
Foleon is based in Amsterdam and New York and serves more than 1,200 global B2B brands. We value people who are bold, ambitious, collaborative, and customer-centric. Even better, the ones who know how to work hard and have fun at the same time. We’re a team of highly driven people, with a great sense of human connection and a clear focus.
As a Legal Counsel, you’ll drive contracting across the business, from customer deals and vendor agreements to the templates and systems that keep everything moving, reporting to the Head of Legal. Based in Amsterdam, you’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance, across both EMEA and the US.
You’ll handle day-to-day commercial contracting, with room to grow into owning the process end-to-end: reviewing, redlining, and negotiating customer agreements, often working directly with customers’ legal teams. On the vendor side, you’ll partner with the Head of Legal across the full contract lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. As our Product offering grows, you’ll also increasingly work with Product on legal and compliance questions related to new features and data.
You’ll also help maintain our contract management system, with the opportunity to grow into full ownership over time. This means keeping templates up to date, contracts organized, and the system easy for the rest of the business to use.
