We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Guest Experience Manager to join our Front Office team. In this leadership role, you will support the Guest Experience Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the department, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently delivered while developing and inspiring a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the Guest Experience Manager with the day-to-day leadership of the Front Office and Guest Experience teams
- →Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- →Act as a key point of contact for VIP guests, special requests, and guest recovery situations
- →Anticipate guest needs and create personalised experiences that exceed expectations
- →Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where needed
- →Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- →Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development of team members
- →Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards, policies, and procedures
- →Support departmental administration, scheduling, and operational reporting
- Previous supervisory or management experience within luxury hospitality, guest services, or front office operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and support a team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
