Responsibilities

→Oversee daily operation, including customer service and staff supervision.
→Maintain quality standards for food and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction.
→Train and mentor staff to improve their performance.
→Manage inventory and costs for efficient resource utilization.
→Ensure health and safety compliance with regulations.

→High school education or equivalent experience.
→Previous experience in a prestigious hotel and in Supervisory role is required.
→Ability to motivate and supervise the team.
→Flexibility with shifts and working hours.
→Complain handling skills and eye for details.
