About the Role
~1 min read- Support the daily operations of the People & Culture department and participate in key P&C initiatives.
- Develop a strong understanding of Four Seasons culture, values, and people practices.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and internal events.
- Support learning and development initiatives, training coordination, and talent development programs.
- Assist with employee relations matters while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with all employees across the hotel, building strong relationships and providing P&C support.
- Gain exposure to workforce planning, performance management, compensation, and P&C analytics.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and supporting business objectives.
- Develop leadership, communication, and project management skills while preparing for future leadership opportunities.
- Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in Human Resources, hospitality, or a people-focused environment is preferred.
- Passion for people, hospitality, and creating positive workplace experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in English. Italian is a plus.
