Responsibilities

→Carries out any maintenance as scheduled.
→Handles work orders and is able to work across the disciplines of Engineering.
→Good knowledge of building maintenance.
→Maintains logs on movement and inventory of stock items and tools.
→Close out work orders and ensure minimal impact on the guest.
→Above all else provide quality service that ensures guest satisfaction.
→Answers e inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner and ensures the smooth running of the shifts.
→Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
→Maintain and repair all phases of plumbing, steam fitting, gas and water lines.
→Caulk and apply lead bends.
→Ensure work order is carried out properly.
