Make regular visits to assigned locations to perform general repair and maintenance of all equipment, the building and the grounds surrounding the building.
Attend training classes and seminars as needed for self growth and learning proper maintenance procedures on equipment.
Assist with remodels and special projects as needed.
Perform cleaning duties after completing work on equipment, building and grounds:
Position requires work on scaffolding, ladders and working with powered and non-powered handheld tools, saws, etc.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or parts of building structures.
Provide grounds keeping services, such as landscaping and snow removal.
Repair and maintain restaurant equipment to keep it in working order.
Knowledge of refrigeration is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of machines and tools, including designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Must have, and maintain, a clean driving record.
Must have average math skills.
