TREASURY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

The Treasury Management Associate position is responsible for supporting the treasury management team and commercial relationship managers through setting up and supporting the deposit products and services at Fox. This position will help coordinate commercial members’ treasury management annual reviews and prepare necessary documents and reports. 

The primary responsibilities of the Treasury Management Associate role include but are not limited to:

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
• Understanding the treasury management products offered and answering questions regarding the products and services, including but not limited to business online banking, check and ACH positive pay, commercial account analysis, ACH services, sweeps, merchant services and remote deposit capture.
• Assisting the treasury management team with business account opening and account maintenance for our treasury management members and requests from commercial relationship managers
• Understanding and recommending appropriate account types based on a variety of factors
• Completing the treasury management annual review summary each month for the members who are due for review
• Answering the phone in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
• Providing timely responses and follow-up to members
• Participating in treasury management team member and any other meetings, as requested 

Candidates for the Treasury Management Associate position should possess:

• High School Education or GED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage independent assignments while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and OneDrive
• Advanced knowledge of business account opening, understanding of DNA is a plus.
• Ability to speak and translate Spanish, a plus.
