Job Description

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who is an exceptional leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing store team. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the store.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Drive sales performance and achieve store sales goals and key performance indicators
• Coach, develop, and maximize the performance of all associates
• Set clear expectations and ensure accountability across the store team
• Analyze sales results, identify business opportunities, and create effective action plans
• Build and maintain a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent
• Ensure associates receive ongoing training, coaching, and development
• Communicate company goals, priorities, and expectations effectively to the team
• Execute and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Oversee merchandise flow and inventory management
• Ensure visual and merchandising standards are consistently maintained
• Manage controllable expenses and support overall store profitability
• Maintain Mango procedures and operational standards
• Ensure Loss Prevention, health, and safety procedures are followed

Required Skills/Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty retail, luxury goods, fashion retail, or a comparable retail environment
• Previous Store Manager or retail management experience required
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and drive store performance
• Ability to analyze sales reports, identify business trends, and respond quickly to the needs of the business
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to identify, recruit, develop, and retain top talent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Pay Range: $25–$30/hour
