As a Lead Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to create a classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. You’ll lead your classroom team, develop engaging curriculum, partner with families, and support each child’s unique developmental needs. This is more than a teaching position. You’ll have the opportunity to shape a child’s early experiences, build confidence, and help create a community where every child knows they belong.

• →Lead your classroom by creating a warm, engaging, and inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
• →Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences that support children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
• →Adapt activities and curriculum to meet the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the children in your classroom.
• →Observe, document, and assess children's development and use those observations to guide curriculum and individualized support.
• →Provide individualized and 1:1 support when needed to help children fully participate in classroom activities.
• →Build strong, positive relationships with children and encourage curiosity, independence, creativity, and confidence.
• →Partner with families through conversations, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
• →Coach and mentor Assistant Teachers, helping them grow their skills and confidence as early childhood educators.

• Small class of 12-16 children with at least 2 staff in each classroom
