We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our Corporate IT team and support users, corporate infrastructure, and internal technology services in a collaborative, security-focused environment.

Role Summary
The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for maintaining and improving FreeBalance’s corporate IT environment, including end-user systems, cloud infrastructure, identity platforms, internal servers, and development-support systems. This role combines end-user support, cloud and on-premise infrastructure operations, PKI-based authentication, security coordination, and vendor & asset management.
  • End-User & Device Support
  • Install, configure, image, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for users across multiple global locations.
  • Support AWS VPN connectivity and remote access.
  • Train users on new and existing IT systems.
  • Endpoint & Asset Management
  • Manage corporate devices using Manage Engine Endpoint Central / UEM.
  • Maintain device inventory, lifecycle tracking, staging templates, and compliance policies.
  • Automate Windows and laptop provisioning, imaging, and updates using scripts and built-in endpoint tools.
  • Identity, Cloud & Collaboration Platforms
  • Administer Google Workspace (user directory, authentication, access control).
  • Support Microsoft services and licensing.
  • Manage AWS cloud resources related to internal systems and user services.
  • Implement PKI-based authentication for secure access to internal servers and services.
  • Network & Connectivity
  • Maintain local office networks and cross-site connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and VPN-related issues.
  • Security Operations
  • Enforce endpoint protection policies, monitor alerts, and assist with incident response.
  • Apply cybersecurity best practices across devices, users, and infrastructure.
  • Server & Data Center Operations
  • Maintain Windows and Linux servers in:
  • AWS cloud environments
  • Physical on-premise data centers
  • Ensure all hardware, operating systems, and internal services are fully operational.
  • Configure and maintain PKI certificates for server authentication and secure communication.
  • Development Infrastructure Support
  • Support internal development tools including:
  • Jenkins
  • SVN
  • Mantis ticketing system
  • Collaborate with development teams on infrastructure requirements.
  • Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker) is a plus.
  • Vendor, License & Asset Management
  • Procure laptops, peripherals, and IT equipment.
  • Manage vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain licensing for Microsoft, AWS, Adobe, and other enterprise tools.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Produce concise and accurate IT documentation and reports.
  • Review existing systems, propose improvements, and assist in new technology implementation projects.
  • Administration of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Endpoint management and automation using
  • ManageEngine Endpoint Central PowerShell
  • Bash / Shell scripting Experience with:
  • Google Workspace Directory & authentication
  • Active Directory fundamentals
  • PKI-based authentication for servers and internal services
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Database fundamentals (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • AWS cloud infrastructure management.
  • Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker).
  • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and development environments.
  • University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a corporate IT environment.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
