Inside Sales Associate

Hey! I am Mahak. In 2022, I was an Assistant Professor pursuing a PhD in Finance. That was the "big career." If you told me then I’d end up in Sales, I would’ve lectured you for an hour on why I was meant for a classroom, not a CRM. I was playing it safe in academia, convinced I’d reached the pinnacle.

Then I joined Fresh Prints in December 2022. It was a total U-turn.

I went from "Professor Mahak" to a Junior ISA. On paper, it looked like a massive step backward. A total entry-level grind after years of academic prestige. My ego took a hit. I was starting from scratch in a field that used to terrify me.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll be part of a driven sales team. Your role will involve:

• Closing inbound leads from our marketing team
• Growing existing accounts
• Providing an exceptional client experience
• Taking ownership of your pipeline and helping drive our revenue goals

• 2-5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably with the US/Europe market)
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce
• A neutral accent for clear communication with American clients
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to stay cool under pressure

• Permanent WFH setup
• 8 AM - 5 PM EST (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)
