Site Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general construction, with preference for experience in waterproofing or similar specialized works. This role combines hands-on supervision with coordination, reporting, and client interaction.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Supervise daily site operations and ensure assigned progress targets are achieved
- Lead and organize site teams (technicians and workers)
- Coordinate daily activities including:
- Material delivery, offloading, and internal movement
- Equipment checks and readiness
- Task allocation and work sequencing
- Ensure compliance with general construction safety standards (OSHA 30 or similar preferred)
- Monitor site safety and enforce best practices
- Report and address safety incidents or risks
- Prepare and submit:
- Daily progress reports
- Safety observations/reports
- Quality notes
- Maintain documentation using Excel-based reporting tools
- Interface daily with Engineers and Project Managers regarding:
- Progress
- Safety matters
- Quality issues
- Maintain a professional approach when interacting with clients and stakeholders
- Manage materials, accessories, and site consumables
- Monitor deliveries, storage, and usage on site
- Track materials using Excel (training on internal systems provided)
- Coordinate and participate in daily inspections with clients/engineers
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with quality requirements
- Prepare activities for inspection and approval
- Projects across the USA with assignments typically:
- 2–6 months duration, or
- Short-term interventions (2–4 weeks)
- Willingness to work 10–12 hour days when required
- Overtime compensated according to labor laws
Requirements
~1 min read- 5–10 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Experience in waterproofing projects is an advantage
- Strong understanding of general construction practices and safety
- OSHA certification preferred
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Experience working with government and/or private sector clients
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach on site
