• →Report warehouse safety, security, and compliance metrics directly to the team manager.
• →Conduct regular nationwide business trips to inspect all company warehouse locations, evaluating safety, security, and compliance statuses.
• →Investigate current safety and security practices and procedures to perform comprehensive risk assessments.
• →Develop and implement best-practice guidelines to maintain high standards in safety, security, and compliance operations.
• →Maintain, update, and manage all comprehensive data and records related to warehouse safety, security, and compliance issues.
• →Monitor, follow up, and drive resolution for existing and emerging safety, security, and compliance matters.
• →Oversee the effective execution and continuous improvement of existing and future safety and security standard operating procedures.
• →Develop and conduct accident-prevention training, alongside health, safety, and security workshops for warehouse staff.
• →Partner with operation managers to ensure safety and compliance protocols are integrated seamlessly, promoting a secure and high-efficiency work environment.
• →Investigate workplace accidents and security incidents to determine root causes and enforce corrective and preventive actions.
• →Oversee and implement C-TPAT regulations and security guidelines across all facilities.
• →Support general administrative duties and cross-functional initiatives for the team as needed.

Qualifications:

• →Proven experience in developing, improving, and managing detailed safety and compliance procedures.
• →Strong working knowledge of warehouse safety, security operations, and risk assessment methodologies.
• →Hands-on experience with C-TPAT regulations and supply chain security compliance.
• →Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• →Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
