The Role : We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with call center experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products and services, and help resolve any issues. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus. What you’ll do? Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics. Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way. Call center agents will obtain client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information. Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. Redirect calls to Managers and Other teams Requirements Previous call center experience handling high call volumes is required. Experience in insurance-related customer service is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
