As a HR Associate you will be responsible for driving hiring outcomes across technical and non-technical functions in a fast-scaling SaaS environment. This role requires strong ownership, proactive pipeline building, and the ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines. 

Responsibilities

  • Screen and interview candidates, organize interviews, and maintain regular communication to ensure candidates stay engaged and updated throughout the hiring process.

  • Own end-to-end hiring with clear accountability for time to fill, time to hire and quality-of-hire.

  • Manage both tech & non-tech hiring.

  • Demonstrate very strong sourcing capability, leveraging multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals and networking) to build high-quality talent pipelines.

  • Proven experience in headhunting and proactively sourcing niche talent is required.

  • Proactively build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring requirements and align recruitment plans accordingly.

  • Present candidate insights and hiring updates to stakeholders.

  • Continuously optimize sourcing strategies to ensure consistent talent inflow and maintain a candidate pipeline. 

  • Maintain strong candidate engagement to improve conversion and closure rates.

  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance hiring speed and quality.

Requirements

  • 0 to 4 years of experience in SaaS hiring, with proven exposure to both technical and non-technical roles.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and streamline the recruitment process effectively.

  • Strong sourcing expertise with demonstrated pipeline-building capability.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.

  • Proactive mindset with ownership of hiring targets.

  • Exposure to recruitment analytics and hiring dashboards.

  • Proficient in working with Google Sheets and Google Docs.

  • Willing to work from the office one day a week.
