Remote SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) MN K-12 Schools

• Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction through Teletherapy (Telespeech), building the same rapport and momentum as an in-person therapist would

• Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
• Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress

• Must have an active SLP license from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). And a valid Related Services license from the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB). Or willing to pursue reciprocity.
• Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
• Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP context
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
