Responsibilities

Welcome and warmly greet all guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.

Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure a seamless dining or beach club experience.

Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.

Maintain strong knowledge of the venue, concept, menu, and daily operations.
→
Recognise and accommodate the preferences of regular, VIP, and high-profile guests.
→
Ensure the reception area and guest-facing spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
→
Support the team in delivering an exceptional and personalised guest experience.

Maintain impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Hostess in a luxury restaurant, beach club, or high-end hospitality/ lifestyle environment.
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally warm and welcoming personality.
Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
Confident, composed, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
