Coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and efficient table management

Handle special requests and provide guests with accurate information regarding venues, operating hours, and policies

Maximize booking opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service standards

Ensure all reservation systems are updated accurately and consistently
→
Support the team with administrative tasks related to reservations when required

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional foreign language would be advantageous
Strong telephone etiquette and a professional, guest-focused approach
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using reservation platforms (SevenRooms) and Microsoft Office
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Currently based in Dubai and hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa)
