Responsibilities

Oversee the venue’s door and entrance operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest arrival experience.
→
Manage guest lists, reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently.
→
Coordinate closely with the reception, reservations, and management teams throughout the evening.
→
Monitor guest flow and seating availability to maintain smooth operations.
→
Welcome and engage with guests while maintaining a professional and polished presence.
→
Handle guest requests and concerns at the door with discretion and professionalism.
→
Ensure all door procedures and venue standards are consistently followed.
→
Support the management team with the overall guest experience and evening operations.

Confident and professional presence with excellent communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle guests with discretion and professionalism.

Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
→
Currently based in Dubai and holding a valid UAE residence visa (own visa).
→
Willingness and availability to work part-time (3 nights per week).
→
Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
