We’re looking for a General Manager to join our team! You will look after our North Edmonton facility (Londonderry Mall) and a team of 10+ part time staff
We’re an entertainment based facility with a small (but growing!) chain of centers in Alberta. With one (now two!) location in Edmonton and two in Calgary.
Our customers come to us for special occasions (Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, Youth Group Events) as well as for some casual fun. The majority are aged 6 to 12, but we also host many teens and adults.

About the Role

Build and maintain an outstanding team by overseeing hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Foster a positive workplace culture through training, coaching, and team-building events.
Manage scheduling, including shift assignments, time-off requests, and last-minute coverage.
Operational Excellence
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Participate in routine meetings as part of the leadership team.
Maintain accurate records and update performance metrics (NPS, KPIs, etc.).
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Experience & Service
Handle select customer inquiries via phone and email, providing friendly and efficient support.
Address and resolve any customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Ensure the team is delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Facility Management
Oversee the facility’s upkeep, ensuring it remains safe, stocked, and welcoming for guests.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards.
Perform basic facility maintenance tasks as needed.
