At Fun, we’re building the financial infrastructure for internet capital markets.

The systems that power global finance were designed for a different era: slower, fragmented, and constrained by borders. Today, value is digital, global, and moves instantly, but the experience of moving it hasn’t caught up.

Fun offers the highest converting payment solution in the digital asset space – a unified system that enables users to complete any on-chain action using crypto, exchange balances, or fiat from a card or bank account, all in a single, seamless flow.

Our goal is simple: make transacting with any asset feel effortless, anywhere in the world!

About the Role:

We're looking for a People & Culture Associate to join our growing People team and help us scale thoughtfully. This is a hands-on, high-impact role spanning employee experience, events, operations, and people analytics. You'll partner closely with our Head of People & Culture to build a culture people are proud of, keep our operations running seamlessly, and use data to make smarter people decisions. This role will report directly to our Head of People and Culture.

  • Support the design and execution of our onboarding experience so every new hire hits the ground running and feels welcomed from day one

  • Contribute ideas and execution around employee recognition, team rituals, perks, swag, and community building

  • Drive key projects including performance cycles, engagement surveys, org design and growth updates

  • Maintain and analyze people data including headcount, engagement, retention, and event ROI

  • Build and manage reporting dashboards to support leadership decision-making

  • Support ad hoc people projects with data-driven insights

  • Coordinate hardware procurement and distribution for onboarding — including ordering and setting up laptops and managing security keys

  • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, assignments, and offboarding returns

  • Work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth day-to-day people ops

  • Identify gaps in our operational workflows and proactively build solutions before they become problems

  • Support policy documentation, internal Notion pages, and process improvements as the team scales

  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of company events — from team offsites and retreats to onsites, leadership dinners, and milestone celebrations

  • Manage vendor relationships, venue sourcing, logistics, travel coordination, and on-the-ground execution

  • Build scalable playbooks and checklists for recurring events so nothing gets missed

  • Partner with leadership to bring the vision for each experience to life, on time and on budget

  • Gather post-event feedback and continuously improve the experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in a People, HR, Operations, or related role (startup experience a big plus)

  • Strong organizational skills - you can juggle 10 things at once and nothing falls through the cracks

  • Proven experience planning and executing events, with an eye for detail and an instinct for what makes an experience memorable

  • Comfort with data: you're confident pulling and presenting numbers, and you know how to tell a story with them

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Curiosity about Web3, blockchain, or crypto (you don't need to be an expert, but you need to want to learn)

  • Proficiency with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Ramp, and an HRIS platform

  • Location & Eligibility
