Renewable Energy Electrician

We're building a fully integrated energy company: developing our own solar, batteries and other generation projects, building our own hardware, improving and developing grid infrastructure, trading power in real time, using AI across the business, and installing distributed energy in homes. By selling directly to consumers we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass the savings on to our customers.

As we scale, we're looking for a skilled, motivated electrician in Cardiff seeking a long-term career in renewable energy. The role involves installing and commissioning EV chargers, solar PV systems and battery storage across residential and commercial sites.

• →Install and commission EV charging units, solar PV systems and battery storage solutions to a high standard
• →Ensure all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently and in full compliance with current regulations
• →Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, delivering excellent customer service on every project
• →Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational processes as the business grows
• →Represent the company with professionalism, integrity and a commitment to excellence

• Fully qualified electrician (e.g. NVQ Level 3, AM2, 18th Edition)
• Proven experience in installing EV chargers, solar PV and battery storage systems
• Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and safety practices
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
