We are looking for someone to join our purpose-led high-growth scale-up in a Claims Manager position. The role exists to provide expert oversight and decision-making on superannuation claims, ensuring fair, consistent and compliant outcomes for members while supporting the Trustee's obligations. And the best bit, you’ll get to work with some fantastic work mates! You'll collaborate with teams across the business and work closely with insurers, administrators and other key stakeholders.

About The Role
As Claims Manager, you'll oversee the assessment and decision-making of insured and non-insured superannuation claims, ensuring outcomes align with Trustee obligations, fund rules and regulatory requirements.
You'll manage complex and disputed claims, challenge insurer and administrator decisions where required, and provide recommendations to governance forums. You'll also monitor service provider performance, prepare claims reporting and insights, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
As a senior subject matter expert, you'll provide guidance across the business on claims-related matters while helping drive best-practice claims management and strong member outcomes.
