Machine Operator I

Conducts set-up and operates a variety of fabricating devices (including but not limited to Roll Packs, Dolphin, etc.)
Able to perform functions of General Labor 1 & 2
Performs machine operations to support the assembly floor
Verifies conformance to specifications using a tape measure
Reads work orders to specifications
Stages product in designated areas
Identifies and/or records any problems related to the product, process, and the quality system
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
Follow 5s and Safety policies and procedures
Other duties, as assigned

 

 
Qualifications:

 

Minimum 1 year factory-related experience
Able to read, write and speak English
Able to lift and carry 50lbs
Able to stand and walk for 8 hours
Able to read measuring devices

 

 
Education / Certifications:

 

High school diploma or equivalent
