As a Compliance Officer, you'll ensure the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks, including CySEC, FCA, SCB, and other relevant licenses or jurisdictions.

Responsibilities 

• Draft and update compliance policies and procedures
• Perform compliance audits and desk-based reviews under the firm’s Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP)
• Assist in the coordination and support of external audits, inspections and providing required documentation.
• Assist in drafting and updating compliance policies, procedures, and the CMP
  Investigate and document compliance breaches and client complaints as required

Requirements 

• 4+ years of previous experience in a compliance role
• Experience with CySEC regulations is required
• Previous experience in CBC will be considered as a high advantage
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law
• Understanding of financial markets
• Able to work independently within a global and multi-cultural company.
• Sound knowledge of laws, regulations, and directives
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
