As a Corporate Relations Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new corporate clients, guiding them through onboarding, platform setup, and day-to-day operational support. This role requires a client-focused professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work across compliance, technical, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated frontline contact for new corporate accounts, guiding key stakeholders through the initial setup process
- Lead platform walk-throughs and demonstrations to educate clients on Client Area functionality, navigation, and available product options
- Configure new client accounts and assist with system preferences to ensure a smooth transition to operational status
- Guide corporate clients through the collection, completion, and submission of required legal, operational, and onboarding documentation
- Review submitted documents for completeness and coordinate with compliance or legal teams to resolve verification delays
- Provide frontline troubleshooting and assistance for any issues or questions encountered within the Client Area during onboarding
- Diagnose platform usability friction points, serving as the bridge between corporate clients and internal technical support or engineering teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within banking, fintech, or financial services
- Experience working with corporate clients and managing account onboarding processes
- Familiarity with KYC/AML documentation requirements and compliance processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain platform functionality clearly to non-technical users
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance, legal, and technical teams
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
