About the Role

The Client Success Specialist provides world-class, omni-channel support to our clients (software marketers and business leaders). This role is ideal for an all-star Client Success professional who will support our clients. As a member of the Client Success team, you will resolve incoming support questions while ensuring all client needs are met with both speed and empathy, while also working to grow our accounts through proactive cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

This role supports global customers from India and requires working in alignment with EasternTime (2:00 PM IST to 11:pm PM IST). It is a remote position for initial few months, till we set up a office in Gurgaon.

  • Resolve client support tickets promptly and professionally, ensuring all issues are addressed with expertise.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular outreach, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting clients in achieving their goals.

  • Update and manage accurate account information, execute key workflows such as onboarding, and ensure vendors are set up for long-term success to minimize churn.

  • Identify opportunities for increased vendor investment by engaging underspending clients, recommending relevant solutions, and proactively driving sales growth to achieve revenue targets.

  • Support vendors through the upgrade process, handling basic vendors, building value, and expanding client engagement.

  • Take ownership of your professional development by seeking feedback, pursuing growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize client value and contribute to team objectives.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an institute of repute.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant sales or customer support experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with a high-level professionalism.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to multitask.

  • Enthusiasm for helping and educating others.

  • Interest in marketing, business and technology, SaaS knowledge is a plus.
