About the Role
~1 min readThe Director of Domain Context Management builds and maintains the structured business context enabling high-performing AI agents within a defined enterprise domain, such as Design-to-Source, Merchandising & Inventory Management, Finance, or Supply Chain. Working directly with Business teams and key Technology partners, this leader documents how the business works and converts expert knowledge, including tacit judgment, decision logic, and exceptions, into governed, reusable context that technical teams use to build, evaluate, and improve agents. This is a business process role, not a technology role.
This position is based full time in office at our San Francisco or New York hub.
