Garage is a marketplace for specialized vehicles and equipment, starting with emergency vehicles. By automating every part of the transaction—including payments, freight, paperwork, warranty, and financing—we reduce what used to take months down to minutes. We're building the modern platform that powers commerce across America’s essential industries.

We recently closed a $13.5M Series A ($18M in total funding) from Infinity Ventures, Y Combinator, Initialized Capital, FJ Labs, and other top investors. In less than a year, our team has already served customers in all 50 states – and we’re just getting started.

In Executive Operations at Garage, you’ll serve as a critical operational partner to the company’s leadership team, helping keep the business running smoothly while unlocking executive time and taking high-impact operational work off the team’s plate. You’ll work closely with the CEO and broader leadership team to manage priorities, streamline coordination, and ensure day-to-day operations are executed seamlessly behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same. You’ll play a key role across executive operations, recruiting coordination, travel logistics, team events, and onboarding as we continue scaling rapidly.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an operator looking to grow into a future Executive Operations Lead, Chief of Staff, or Business Operations role. Because this position sits cross-functionally across the company and works closely with the executive team, you’ll gain direct exposure to how a high-growth startup is built and scaled from the inside.

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative operations to ensure priorities and communications are handled efficiently

  • Help plan and coordinate company events, team offsites, external meetings, and leadership gatherings

  • Handle operational and administrative workflows including expense auditing, document coordination, and cross-functional scheduling support

  • Act as a highly reliable operational partner to leadership by proactively identifying gaps, solving problems quickly, and keeping high-priority initiatives moving forward

  • Coordinate all travel logistics for the CEO and broader team including flights, hotels, itineraries, transportation, and scheduling

  • Support recruiting operations by scheduling candidate virtual interviews, onsite interviews, and reference calls while ensuring a seamless candidate experience

  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires including ensuring accounts, systems access, email setup, and other operational needs are fully prepared before start dates

  • Welcome candidates and office visitors to the Garage office, provide tours of the space, and help create a warm and professional in-person experience

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days look exactly the same

  • Is extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while managing multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Has a proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a no-task-too-small attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed

  • Brings a warm, positive, and highly professional demeanor when interacting with executives, candidates, customers, and external partners

  • Is highly reliable, resourceful, and an excellent communicator with strong judgement and the ability to operate independently
