我们正在寻找一位才华横溢的UX/UI设计师，对打造卓越的Web3用户体验充满热情。在这个角色中，将与产品、工程和市场团队合作，设计直观的界面，以提升用户参与度并简化复杂的区块链概念。

  • 以用户为中心的设计： 为Web3生态系统中多样化的用户需求创建直观且视觉吸引力的设计 ;
  • Web3专注： 将复杂的区块链概念和工作流程简化为易于理解的设计，满足新手和经验丰富用户的需求 ;
  • 线框图和原型： 开发线框图、模型和交互式原型，以传达设计理念和用户流程 ;
  •  UI设计： 为Gate.io的Web3产品和移动平台设计高保真界面，确保一致且吸引人的用户体验 ;
  •  协作： 与产品经理、开发人员和其他利益相关者密切合作，从概念到实施完成设计 ;
  • 可访问性与包容性： 确保设计符合全球可用性和可访问性标准，具备包容性 ;
  • 设计系统贡献： 协助维护和完善Gate.io的设计系统，确保产品之间的一致性 ;
  • 经验： 3年以上UX/UI设计经验，拥有展示网页和移动项目的强大作品集 ;
  • Web3知识： 熟悉区块链、加密货币、DeFi或其他Web3技术者优先 ;
  • 技术技能：熟练使用Figma、Sketch或Adobe XD等设计工具、熟悉原型设计工具和设计交接流程 ;
  • 以用户为中心的思维： 深刻理解用户体验原则，包括可用性、可访问性和交互设计 ;
  • 问题解决能力： 对数据敏感，可以有通过数据察觉问题，发现问题并能够解决复杂问题的设计解决方案 ;
  • 沟通能力： 具备优秀的协作和沟通技能，能够高效地与跨职能团队合作。
