Business Intelligence Manager

Gathern is a digital platform company building mobile and web products for hosts and guests across the hospitality space. Our teams span engineering, product design, analytics, growth, and finance, and we rely on clear, scalable reporting to support smart decisions across the business.

As Business Intelligence Manager, you will shape how analytics supports strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. This role is focused on building a strong business intelligence function, creating consistency in reporting practices, and partnering with leadership to turn data into actionable insight.

• →Develop and execute the enterprise business intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• →Establish standardized reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and governance policies.
• →Oversee the design, development, and optimization of dashboards and reporting solutions.
• →Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
• →Lead business intelligence transformation and automation initiatives.
• →Collaborate with executive leadership to define analytical priorities.
• →Monitor analytics performance and continuously improve reporting efficiency.
• →Oversee data visualization standards and user experience in dashboards.
• →Manage vendor relationships related to business intelligence platforms.
• →Lead, mentor, and develop the business intelligence team.
• →Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards.
• →Present executive-level insights and performance summaries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics roles
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity is a plus
• Experience developing enterprise reporting frameworks is a plus
• Experience managing cross-functional analytics initiatives
• Experience implementing dashboard standardization; experience implementing KPI governance is a plus
• Experience implementing reporting automation
• Experience with a dashboarding tool
• Experience presenting analytical insights to executive leadership
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
