Every day looks a little different-but your mission stays the same: leave each unit cleaner than you found it, and every common area shining like new.

You'll:

• →

  Tackle full turnover cleanings for vacant rental units

• →

  Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, walls, and fixtures

• →

  Wipe down railings, ledges, windows, and glass until they sparkle

• →

  Remove cobwebs, scuffs, and soap residue like a pro

• →

  Sweep stairwells, gangways, and entryways to keep our properties spotless inside and out

• →

  Vacuum, mop, dust, and detail with precision and care

• →

  Change lightbulbs, replace smoke detector batteries, and handle light tasks on-site

• →

  Spot minor issues-like leaks or appliance trouble-and report them ASAP

• →

  Upload notes/photos, communicate with dispatch, and move to the next assignment

Best part? You work independently, on the go, and make a visible impact every single shift.

• 1+ year of professional cleaning experience (2-5 years preferred)

• Knowledge of cleaning tools, supplies, and chemicals-and how to use them safely

• The ability to clean efficiently while keeping high standards

• Your own vehicle and valid driver's license

• Comfort working in multiple property types (residential units, common areas, apartments)

• Ability to lift up to 30+ pounds and stay active throughout the day

• A sharp eye for detail-and a drive to leave things better than you found them

• A team mindset and a "no excuses, let's solve it" attitude

• Hourly Pay: $16-$20/hour, based on experience

• Monthly Bonus: Performance Based Compensation program paid out monthly
