Baltics Food Technologist as Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients, Starches, Protein m/f/d

For an International Distributor working in more than 30 countries in Europe and Africa we are looking for a

sales area Baltic countries

home office based Baltic countries

• You will be responsible for the business development of a selection of food ingredients and nutraceuticals in different branches of the food industry.
• you have experience with Starches, Dairy proteins
• Experience with Starches and dairy proteins is nice to have.

• Analysis of the market and the product range of our suppliers to find new potential
• Building a close relationship with our suppliers and customers
• Visits of customers, analysis of their needs, creation of value propositions
• Participation in production trials at the customer/implementation of small-scale trials in the application kitchen
• Project management in close cooperation with the responsible Customer Service Manager
• Alignment of the sales strategy for the product groups of the suppliers with the help of the Category Managers and the Country Manager
• You will benefit from numerous pieces of training (internal and abroad) every year.

• Degree in Food Technology (or similar) Must have
• Minimum 3 year’s experience in the food industry (production/sales) preferred
• Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development
• exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills,
• high willingness to travel
• very organized, reliable, positive thinking
• Very good knowledge of English an local languages
• Russian is nice to have
