We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the overall operations and strategic direction of our hospice program. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strong team leadership.

The ideal candidate brings clinical leadership experience, strong operational management skills, and a passion for compassionate end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

→Provide overall leadership and management of hospice operations, including clinical services, administration, and compliance
→Lead and support interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
→Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support organizational growth and performance
→Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and hospice regulatory requirements
→Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
