About the Role:

Generator Supercenter of Pensacola is looking for a motivated Install Helper/Apprentice to join our growing team in Pensacola, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the trade from the ground up and build a rewarding career in generator installation and service. If you're hardworking, eager to learn, and ready to get your hands dirty, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist lead technicians with the installation of residential and commercial standby generators
Help with running conduit, wiring, and making electrical connections under supervision
Assist with the placement and mounting of generator units and transfer switches
Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials at job sites
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Support lead technicians with troubleshooting and service calls as needed

Requirements:

No prior experience required — willingness to learn electrical and generator installation is a must
Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude is a plus
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working outdoors
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in various weather conditions
