Requirements:
● 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably across at least two business domains.
● Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and key BA processes.
● Hands-on experience conducting Discovery phases.
● Strong skills in stakeholder management, including expectation setting, negotiation, and relationship building.
● Experience in defining and documenting functional and non-functional requirements in multiple formats: user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, BPMN/UML diagrams, wireframes, etc.
● Ability to decompose complex requirements into smaller, clear, and manageable parts suitable for different audiences (tech/business).
● Confident in change management processes: identifying, assessing, and handling changing requirements.
● Experience in gap analysis and defining “as-is” and “to-be” states of systems or business processes.
● Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams: developers, QAs, designers, and project managers.
● Proficiency in using AI tools to support business analysis activities, including research, requirements elicitation and refinement, documentation, analysis, and validation.
● Strong critical thinking when working with AI-generated outputs, including identifying inaccuracies, assumptions, gaps, and inconsistencies and validating results against source information and business context.
● Experience analyzing requirements for AI-enabled solutions and translating business needs into clear expected behaviors, constraints, inputs, outputs, and success criteria.
● English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have:
● Experience working in EdTech, E-commerce, or MilTech domains.
● Experience with structured AI-assisted approaches or frameworks for requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification development (e.g., BMAD, Spec Kit, or similar).
