We're looking for a Senior React Developer to join our frontend team and lead delivery of modern, high-performance web applications across demanding product domains.
This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial experience in React and Next.js who writes clean, testable, maintainable code, cares deeply about performance and Core Web Vitals, and uses AI-assisted development in a disciplined, spec-driven way—not ad-hoc vibe coding.
You'll work on new or existing projects, collaborating closely with Solution Architects, backend engineers, designers, and business analysts to build intuitive user interfaces and deliver features from concept to production.
Requirements
5+ years of commercial experience in frontend / full-stack web development;
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript — production-grade typing, refactoring, and code review;
3+ years with React and modern ecosystem: TanStack Query, hooks-based architecture, state management (Redux, Zustand, or equivalent);
Solid experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR, SSG), SEO-oriented pages, and performance optimization (LCP, caching, CDN);
Experience with Vite and modern bundling workflows;
UI stack: Tailwind CSS and component libraries (MUI, shadcn/ui, or similar); comfort building or extending UI kits and Storybook;
Familiar with unit and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library; Playwright is a plus);
Experience with Git and branching workflows (feature branches, PR review, CI gates);
AI Toolset (required): daily use of AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) for implementation, refactoring, and documentation—with human review, quality gates, and clear boundaries on critical business logic;
Spec-Driven Development (required): experience with—or strong readiness to work in—spec-first workflows using GitHub Spec Kit (or equivalent: spec → plan → tasks → implement); ability to implement from written specifications and acceptance criteria, not from prompts alone;
Ownership mindset: feature lifecycle from requirements analysis to production; early technical risk identification; constructive communication with SA, BA, and PM;
English — Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher for async and sync collaboration.
Responsibilities
Nice to have
Full-stack experience with Node.js — NestJS or Express: REST APIs, auth, integration glue;

Payment provider integrations (Stripe, local gateways, webhooks);
PWA, service workers, offline / installable web apps;
Figma / design handoff (Zeplin);
CI/CD — GitHub Actions / GitLab CI;
Performance engineering: Core Web Vitals, CloudFront / CDN, edge caching, A/B testing;
Mentoring junior engineers, technical interviews, estimation and planning sessions.
