Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- →Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues from users in a timely manner.
- →Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- →Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of IT issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team.
- →Support both onsite and remote employees with IT-related requests.
- →IT Asset Management:
- →Support the day-to-day management of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, and accessories.
- →Maintain accurate inventory records and track asset status throughout the lifecycle.
- →Assist with device provisioning, deployment, return, and reallocation.
- →Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and recovering IT equipment.
- →Coordinate the procurement, deployment, reuse, and decommissioning of IT equipment.
- →Collaboration & Project Support:
- →Work closely with the internal team to implement new technologies and system improvements.
- →Support IT projects, including system migrations, upgrades, software rollouts, and infrastructure optimization.
- →Document IT processes and contribute to knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ~1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
- Experience with IT troubleshooting tools and remote support software.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts, Active Directory, and IT security best practices is a plus.
- Prefer Bilingual (English, Mandarin).
